I'm committed to the craft of storytelling as a tool for empathy, empowerment and social change. In 2018, I co-led the first Women in Film Workshop for the Kayapo women of Aukre in the Amazon rainforest. Working in partnership with FUNAI, we focused on guiding the Kayapo women to develop their visual eye and harness the political power of images as resistance against oppression.
